Declaration
This declaration should be signed by a senior civil/public servant or a known person belonging to the learned professions or clergy ( e.g a reverend minister, lawyer, medical practitioner etc.). The person should also endorse the back of two(2) passport-size photographs of the applicant.
For all WASSCE applicants, this declaration must be signed by the headmaster/headmistress/principal of their school. The application will not be valid if this declaration is not signed.
